Samsung India Electronics has significantly expanded its presence in Chennai by leasing 1,000 desks at WeWork’s Olympia Cyberspace facility, marking a strategic move to expand its managed office operations in the region. The lease agreement spans 42 months and encompasses a total area of 61,230 square feet,. “This development effectively doubles Samsung’s footprint in Chennai in the managed space segment.
